Black Belt Essay Wall
Check out the wall near the childrens play area! We will be displaying all of our Black Belt essays. These essays are a wonderful insight into the thoughts behind striving for this awesome goal. We are so very proud of our Black Belts. We wanted to do something special for them, and now we can show everyone what great martial artists they are, even if they arent present. How long will it be before your essay is up there?

 Womens Self Defense Tip
You must react quickly: One of the greatest challenges to defending yourself
is that in the real world (unlike in the movies) acts of violence usually happen very quickly. When an attack occurs suddenly (even though there are usually warning signs), you are at an exteme disadvantage, if you are not prepared to react. This is especially true if you rely solely on some form of weapon for your defense. Pepper spray, stun guns and firearms are useless if you can't get to them instantly when you need them. So try to anticipate dangerous situations in advance (such as walking to your car at night) and prepare
yourself to take quick action.

 Cardio Kickboxing
This class is held on Monday and Wednesday, from 8:15 9:00pm for anyone 16 years or older. This is a great class to work off those daily stressors and burn some calories. We have beginners as well as students that have been taking the class for several months. You dont have to be a karate student to join Cardio Kickboxing. If your karate student is in the Black Belt enrollment program, Mom and Dad can take Cardio Kickboxing at no charge. Come join the fun!

 Birthday Parties
Our Birthday Party package is great for Moms because there is no clean up! The more kids at the party, the better, because we play lots of games. We provide juice boxes, fruit snacks, and fun prizes for everyone. Our Birthday Parties are held on Saturdays at 2:00pm. You can book your party at the front counter.

Kyo Sa Goes To School
Elementary school, that is! How would you like Kyo Sa as a guest instructor for your gym class? If you think the kids at your school would like to have Kyo Sa come to gym class, just ask LeAnn for a letter that you can take to school. You can give the letter to your gym teacher, which will explain how to make the arrangements.  Tang Soo Do at school, very cool!
